Born in 1959 in Samsun, Recep KABA began his active banking career at Garanti Bank A.Ş. in 1982. Between 1998 and 2005, he held positions as Portfolio Manager at Koç Bank A.Ş. and Branch Manager at both Toprak Bank A.Ş. and Deniz Bank A.Ş. After leaving the banking sector, he worked for approximately fifteen years in international trade firms, focusing on Financial Consultancy and Project Coordination. He played an active role in the establishment of Golden Global Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Golden Global Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.

Born in Antalya in 1974, Yavuz Yeter completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at Bilkent University and earned a master's degree in Banking and International Finance from Istanbul Commerce University. He began his banking career in 1996 at the Pamukbank Inspection Board. Subsequently, he held positions as Head of International Banking and Structured Finance at Halkbank, Group Manager of Investment Banking and Treasury Product Development at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, Head of Overseas Branches, International Banking and Investor Relations at Ziraat Bank, and General Directorate of Banking and Financial Institutions, as well as Representative and Economic Attaché in Germany at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. Having also served on the Boards of Directors of foreign banks, Yavuz Yeter has been involved in significant projects in the finance sector, ranging from Turkey's first sukuk issuance to establishing banks abroad and structuring innovative products based on interest-free banking principles. Yavuz Yeter, who possesses extensive knowledge in macroeconomics, central banking, financial regulations, investment banking, and interest-free banking, has been serving as General Manager since June 2024.

Yasin MEMİŞ is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in international trade finance and commodities. He has extensive expertise in trade finance and project finance across the MENA region.
As of 2026, he serves as Board Member and General Manager at GOLDEN GLOBAL EMTİA İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş.. Between 2023 and 2026, he acted as Business Development Director within the same company, leading international growth initiatives.
He previously held senior roles at Golden Global Investment Bank (2021–2023) and Bankmed SAL / Arab Bank plc (2012–2020). Earlier in his career, he worked at Albaraka Türk (2012) and Türkiye Finans Participation Bank (2004–2011) in foreign trade marketing and foreign exchange operations.
He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Financial Sciences, Department of Banking.
